Bring the fun and excitement back into fitness with this high calorie burning, low impact course for all ages and all skill levels! You can burn 300-500 calories per hour and tone your legs, arms, and abs while increasing your core strength. This hula hoop fitness class is a total body workout incorporating low impact cardiovascular exercises, precise moves inspired by Barre work along with core-centric moves adapted from Pilates. You will need a weighted hula hoop for this class that weighs no more than 2lbs. If you do not have one, hoops can be purchased from the instructor. 2 Sessions are available for registration. This course will be held virtually through GoogleMeet. You will need a computer, laptop or other suitable device to attend as well as a strong internet connection. Once registered an invitation to join the class will follow.
